LEAD SUPERINTENDENT – COMMERCIAL / LIGHT-INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

What You’ll Do

Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish

Supervise and coordinate all field personnel and subcontractors

Drive project schedules, ensuring on-time and budget-friendly delivery

Maintain open, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff

Oversee safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

Evaluate and mentor field personnel, fostering a culture of excellence

Create and update daily reports and job-site documentation

What You Bring

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial / light-industrial construction

Proven leadership in warehouse, distribution center, food / beverage processing, tilt-wall, or light-industrial projects (preferred)

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents

Experience with construction-related software (a plus)

Commitment to team collaboration and client satisfaction

Strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

Willingness to travel as needed
