Job Title : QA Associate

Location : Denton, TX

Pay : $18.00 per hour

Shifts Available :

1st Shift : Thursday–Monday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 15 PM

2nd Shift : Wednesday–Sunday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 15 PM

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable QA Associate to join our team in Denton, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, warehouse operations, and food quality standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product integrity by performing inventory checks and ensuring quality standards for fresh produce and perishable goods.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform cycle counts to validate and correct inventory.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using WMS data and receiving paperwork.

Identify short-dated items using inventory reports and communicate findings to the team.

Conduct quality checks on fresh produce and vegetables.

Use handheld RF scanners to look up product locations and scan items.

Work in cold environments (34°ree;F) for full shifts; occasional work in freezer conditions (0°ree;F).

Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health, safety, and GMP standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; warehouse or receiving experience preferred.

Proficient in basic computer operations, data entry, and inventory software (NetSuite, Excel).

Strong ability to conduct accurate cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Experience identifying quality issues in fresh / perishable food items.

Familiarity with RF guns or handheld warehouse devices.

Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Must meet performance standards for both quantity and quality of work.

Strong communication and basic math skills required.
