A company is looking for a Business Analyst- Salesforce (Remote). Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and user needs Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution Monitor project status, identify risks, and coordinate projects from concept to implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis Strong background in customer service and claims analysis Experience in call center environments and workflow improvement Hands-on experience with CXP is preferred
