Father Murray, A Villa Center is seeking a Security Guard to join their team! The security Guard maintains a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Security Guard Duties and Responsibilities :

• Secures premises by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. Notifies Administrator and HR designee if violators are employees.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• May partner with and / or file reports with local law enforcement, as needed.
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• May walk employees and visitors to cars, as needed.
• May handle light property maintaining to ensure safety, ex. changing lightbulbs, salting sidewalks.
• All other duties as assigned.
