Ensure high performance and scalability through best practices in software architecture and rigorous testing protocols. Work closely with Portfolio Managers & Quants to gather requirements and iterate on solutions. Translateplex financial and mathematical models into tangible, production-quality software. Uphold industry best practices in coding, design patterns, and application development. Mentor junior team members and perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. BS / MS degree inputer Science Engineering, Mathematics, Operational Research, or a related technical field. 7+ years of hands-on software development experience. Demonstrated expertise in developing large-scale, data-intensive applications and platforms. Proven expertise in optimization or statistical techniques or a strong operational research / mathematics foundation. Proficiency in Python is essential. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns. Experience with data modeling, relational and NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs. Solid background in developing and optimizing algorithmic engines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (, AWS) and data warehousing solutions (, Snowflake) is a plus. Experience with messaging systems, caching mechanisms, and related technologies. Financial markets knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Base salary is the fixedponent ofpensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined bypany, business, team, and individual performance.
