Training Specialist – Clinical Research & LMS Administration

Irvine, CA

3 months contract

LMS admin + data / reporting + SharePoint / Outlook + strong communication + regulated environment experience

• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
• Hands-on experience assigning / registering training, configuring profiles, creating / maintaining courses, and providing user support.
• Any LMS background is valuable (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Saba, SumTotal, etc.).
• Data Management, Reporting & Auditing
• Experience running validation scripts, auditing training data for accuracy, executing data clean-up, and generating reports (especially in support of audits).
• Power BI experience is a strong plus.
• SharePoint & MS Office Proficiency
• Daily use of SharePoint for content management and Outlook for scheduling / communications is a must-have .
• Strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word also required.
• Communication & Customer Support Skills
• Ability to provide clear user support, resolve moderately complex issues, document RCA, and assist in regulatory audit scenarios.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are critical (disqualifier if weak).
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills in a Regulated Environment
• Ability to manage training assignments, maintain records with attention to detail, handle confidential information, and work within quality systems or clinical research settings.
• Prior clinical research or quality systems training admin experience is a standout.
