Description

We are hiring a Windchill Solutions Architect to support the deliverables of our global team and initiatives. As a member of our team, using Agile practices, you will lead us to timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive cross functional business strategies and initiatives.

Who You Are :

We are looking for someone who is self-directed and has a high initiative to join our Engineering Systems team . You should be a strong relationship - builder with excellent communication skills, who enjoys working on projects that are large, complex, and provide new and improved capabilities to our customers . You should be flexible, driven, energetic, and have strong technical, critical thinking, and people skills to join our team . Above all, you are service-focused, serving our team, customers, and IT as well teaching and leading others with empathy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required .
• 5 years of experience working with Windchill and PLM business processes.
• Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $ 117,000 - $ 182,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
