Job Description :

L3Harris is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in signal processing and practical experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing DSP algorithms for various applications. As a DSP Engineer, you will work on cutting-edge projects that involve the development of innovative solutions for processing and analyzing digital signals in real-time.

Essential Functions :

• Design, develop, and implement of advanced DSP algorithms for various applications, including audio and data communications processing.
• Optimize DSP algorithms for performance, power consumption, and memory usage on various hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and system architects, to integrate DSP solutions into products.
• Conduct simulations and performance analysis to validate and refine DSP algorithms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in DSP technology and apply new techniques and methodologies to improve existing solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of DSP solutions and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ability to Obtain a US Security Clearance.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $78,000 - $145,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
