Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
- Work closely with clients to fill urgent job openings
- Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements
- Use recruiting tools and resources effectively
- Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews
- Assist in negotiating job offers
- Conduct reference checks for candidates
