Position Description

Join the Marketing Department as a creative force, leading the full redesign and rebranding of the company website - from planning and wireframing to launch. Use strong graphic design skills to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including digital content, campaigns, and internal communications. Maintain, update, and optimize the website post-launch, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and consistent branding. Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to ensure the website reflects brand strategy, messaging, and business goals. Design visually impactful, user-friendly layouts that elevate the user experience and strengthen brand presence. Support internal communication efforts with creative visuals, layouts, and branded templates. Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels, platforms, and materials. Stay current on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging web technologies to keep the brand fresh and competitive. Position Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in website design, development coordination, and ongoing site maintenance required. At least 2 years using graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and web design platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) required. Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and mobile-responsive design. Creative mindset with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
