Key Responsibilities Guide applicants through the enrollment process via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth experience Individually enroll applicants and meet quarterly quotas while providing motivation and support Continuously improve the enrollment process and maintain expert knowledge of the treatment offered Required Qualifications 1-3 years of customer service and inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare Ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and via email Excellent time management skills and experience working independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to engage with applicants on the phone for over 80% of the workday Access to a fast and reliable internet connection
