Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the accounts payable process, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process invoices accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with accounts payable policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update vendor information and relationships.
• Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint for invoice processing and vendor maintenance.
• Work with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel to analyze financial data.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, with work hours aligning to Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Central Standard Time (CST). The role can potentially evolve into a long-term position, depending on the workload post go-live in January 2026.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
