Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled

Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am)

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)

Schedule : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week period, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays (1 summer & 1 winter)

RNs receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and can be cross-trained as Charge RN

Role Overview : As a Float Pool RN in the Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, you'll experience a dynamic work environment that fosters growth.

Responsibilities Include :

Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting

Adapting seamlessly to different unit workflows

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

Qualifications :

A minimum of 18 months Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience is required (2 years preferred)

Flexibility to meet specific scheduling needs as outlined

Training and Skills Development :

Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and leadership through Charge Nurse cross-training
