We are supporting an early-stage AI company in hiring a Software Engineer to build the core systems powering intelligent, judgment-based automation for large enterprises. This team is creating an enterprise AI layer that learns each customer’s data topology, workflows, rules, and quality bar, enabling agents to drive measurable outcomes across engineering, finance, consulting, and operations.
What You Will Do
You will architect and ship end-to-end product features that enable users to interact with fast, precise agents capable of planning, executing, and iterating in real time. This includes building rich editors, interactive dashboards, and sub-100ms “Autopilot” experiences.
You will design integrations across enterprise systems such as Google Workspace, O365, Slack, and Linear. You will help shape the learning flywheel that converts expert feedback into better agent reasoning. You will collaborate closely with product and design to translate customer insights into scalable capabilities used across multiple industries.
