Job Summary

The Rotables Administrator oversees the parts rotables process including coordinating the repair and overhaul of company owned rotable parts through external vendors. Administrator continually manages the warehouse rotable part stock levels and track rotable core returns from customers. Duties include taking incoming calls and perform various administrative duties such as light accounting, package tracking, and auditing, and has ultimate responsibility for the flow of warranty issues, core returns and purchases, inventory and assessment, and notification of delays associated with both warranty and core issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and expedite core returns from internal and external customers
  • Negotiate extensions, credits, or billings as necessary
  • Overhaul / Repair Western Aircraft owned cores and maintain an increasing exchange parts inventory
  • Process and track rotables warranty parts and claims, and process RGA requests
  • Qualify vendors by capabilities and experience
  • Purchase parts and materials as needed
  • Perform Cycle Counts on a quarterly basis, and / or as needed

Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Experience working in rotables environment, preferably in the aviation or automotive industry
  • 1 years’ experience working with a database and spreadsheet programs
  • Other Prerequisites

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed Primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
