We’re looking for a skilled Systems & Network Administrator to join a well-established and growing organization in the Tucson area. What You’ll Do

Manage and maintain network hardware, servers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

Oversee user access, permissions, and email administration.

Troubleshoot and resolve network, connectivity, and performance issues.

Ensure system security through updates, monitoring, and applying patches.

Collaborate with desktop support to provide technical assistance and training to staff.

Document network configurations, hardware, and processes for consistency and reliability.

Administer and monitor data backup systems, ensuring successful recovery when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.

3+ years of professional experience in network / system administration.

Proficiency in Windows Server administration.

Experience with Cisco technologies (switches, firewalls, and access points).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
