Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, Kibana). Proven experience designing and implementing API Management solutions (Apigee, Kong, Microsoft APIM). Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with SDLC governance, version control, and automation pipelines. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in enterprise environments. Required : AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional OR Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Preferred : Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Terraform Associate, ITIL Foundation, DevOps Foundation Candidate must have proven leadership in DevOps transformation. Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese preferred.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end CI / CD, SRE, and observability frameworks across hybrid cloud environments. This role will drive modernization of the software delivery lifecycle, enhance reliability, and improve deployment automation for mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, automation, and implementation of CI / CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver DevOps strategies and best practices.
- Implement observability and SRE frameworks using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, and Kibana.
- Define infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible for both on-prem and cloud-native environments.
- Manage DevOps governance, security, and compliance with RBAC and identity management solutions.
- Ensure high availability, resilience, and monitoring of production systems.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and establish operational excellence standards.
