We’re looking for a driven, self-managing Care Advisor who wants to treat their territory like their own business. We’ll give you a proven playbook— your job is to run it, grow it, and own the outcomes.

What You’ll Own :

1. Sales and Referral Outreach

  • Build trust with new and existing referral partners
  • Represent our company at hospitals, rehabs, hospice, and senior living
  • Enter and manage leads in our CRM

2. Client Intake and Onboarding

  • Meet with families, assess needs, and recommend care
  • Guide them through decisions with confidence and empathy
  • Input client data and coordinate start of care

    • 3. Ongoing Client Management

  • Stay in touch weekly and deepen the relationship
  • Adjust care plans as needed and grow hours
  • Communicate with scheduling and operations teams

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong sales instincts — you’re decisive, proactive, and operate with a can-do, will-do

    • mindset.

  • A natural problem solver — creative and resourceful, especially in demanding or

    • unfamiliar situations.

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t need daily direction
  • Someone who’s comfortable with sales and motivated by results
  • Strong relationship builder—empathetic, credible, and confident
  • Background in home care, hospice, senior living, or healthcare preferred
  • Organized and coachable—you follow a system and stick to your word

    • What You’ll Earn :

  • Competitive base salary
  • Commission for every hour of care you bring in (paid weekly)
  • Bonus for 24 / 7 and high-acuity clients
  • Realistic path to $150,000+ total comp annually
  • Clear expectations and metrics from day one
