OVERVIEW Alera Group is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator. RESPONSIBILITIES As Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of support activities to a Growth Leader (GL), High-Performing Producer / Team (HPT) (as defined by regional leadership) and Commercial Lines Service Manager (CLM) so the sales team has more time to connect with prospects and clients. In this agency management & sales support role, you will positively impact sales efforts by providing presentation and collateral support, end-to-end RFP / proposal / deal management support scheduling and function support in direct collaboration with the GL or HPT to which you are assigned. Provide presentation support. Create and manage sell sheets and marketing collateral. Prepare stewardship reports and support stewardship meetings. Assist with campaign support as needed. Manage and coordinate project timelines. Assist with analytical tasks and information gathering. Schedule and coordinate services. Prioritize and execute follow-up tasks. Support the Commercial Lines Manager as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred. 1-2 years of related experience working in the insurance or financial services industry preferred. Experience collaborating across channels with integrated sales and marketing efforts. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite; interest in emerging platforms and technologies is a plus. Property & Casualty license preferred. Strong knowledge of sales principles, business operations, and strategic planning. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
