Pay Rate : $24 / hour

About the Role :

We’re searching for an outgoing and confident Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic insurance team in Carlsbad. This role begins with a full-time, in-office schedule and transitions to a hybrid work model after 90 days. Ideal candidates are comfortable with high call and email volume, multitasking, and navigating challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and emails with a customer-first mindset
  • Review and process audit paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Comfortable with high-volume interactions and multitasking
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and CRM tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the organization
