Location : Orange County CA (Hybrid)

Compensation : Up to $165K

Role Overview

The AI & Technology Director will guide the firm through its next phase of digital maturityhelping define implement and integrate its technology ecosystem. This role will focus on connecting mortgage-specific applications enabling automation between platforms and introducing strategic AI initiatives that enhance both client engagement and operational effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically hands-on business-minded leader who understands the intersection of real estate mortgage systems and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical advisor and strategic lead for the companys technology roadmap and AI integration initiatives.

Oversee the integration of multiple real estate and mortgage platformstargeting full ecosystem connectivity by 2026.

Partner with leadership and the MSP on software licensing renewals and system architecture decisions.

Collaborate with capital markets and broker teams to automate workflows that feed deal data into CRM and analytics tools.

Evaluate and implement AI tools (e.g. Henry AI) to streamline lender package imports and enhance productivity.

Drive optimization and best practices across the firms core applications and data infrastructure.

Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners on technical direction vendor selection and integration priorities.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of mortgage and real estate industry applications.

Experience leading technology integrations or digital transformations within financial or real estate environments.

Hands-on familiarity with AI or automation tools relevant to lending or CRM workflows.

Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems and third-party integrations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to bridge technical and business goals.

Open to full-time part-time or consulting engagement depending on experience and availability.
