Job Description :

Provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department / division-wide efforts.

Required Skills :

Minimum 1+ year of Technical Support / IT Support / Application Support experience.

Passionate about continuously learning new technologies and skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively engage customer, along with the ability to handle crucial conversations and manage conflict resolution

Ability to effectively prioritize workload and tasks to meet deadlines

Time management skill
