Location : Remote (Role can be remote, but must be near Glendale, Santa Monica, NY, or Seattle offices)

Pay Range : $70 - $73 per hour

Job Summary :

This opportunity is ideal for a Lead Business Analyst focused on enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency across strategic initiatives. The role demands expertise in managing Air tables, Smartsheet's, Google Docs, and developing organizational OKRs in alignment with resource and financial priorities. The successful candidate will partner extensively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, facilitate decision-making through data analysis, and drive continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Airtables and Google Docs to streamline operational support and documentation.

Lead the creation, tracking, and optimization of OKRs across departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, executing cost reduction initiatives while supporting strategic business planning.

Foster strong collaborations with stakeholders in Engineering, Product, Finance, and HR to consolidate resource management and enhance operational efficiency.

Drive change management, including the development and implementation of new processes, to improve employee efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills :

7+ years of relevant working experience in operations, strategy, business planning, project management, or the technology sector.

Proficient in Airtable and Google Docs.

Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Expertise in OKR framework implementation and management.

Experienced in Executive Reporting, OKR, Metrics and Deck building
