The Club Director is both a hands-on youth leader and an operations manager. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced afterschool environment—someone who enjoys engaging with youth while also managing staff, compliance, and program outcomes.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Child Development, Recreation, Nonprofit Management, or related field).

Minimum 3–5 years in youth-serving settings (., school-age programs, summer camps, Boys & Girls Clubs, or recreation).

At least 2 years in a supervisory or site management role.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work with youth, families, and community partners.
