About The Position

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.

Support patients experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, substance use disorders, or emotional distress.

Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments.

Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Educate patients and families on treatment goals, community resources, and coping strategies.

Advocate for patient rights and ensure culturally competent care.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Active LCSW license in the state of practice (or eligibility).

Experience in behavioral health, hospitals, clinics, or community settings (preferred).

Strong communication, counseling, and crisis-management skills.

Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.).

CPR / BLS certification (as required by facility).
