Radiology Technologist

Overview

JOB SUMMARY

Performs Radiologic examination on patients of all ages and provides Radiologist with finished exams for interpretation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education :    See License and Certification.

Knowledge and Skills :   Technologist must have good communication skills and work well within a team setting.

License / Certifications :   An individual who holds and maintains (via required continuing education credits) current certifications from the ARRT, CRT, a California fluoroscopy permit, and American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card. New graduates, those that have just moved to California, or similar cases reviewed / approved by management, have 6 months to obtain the fluoroscopy after their start date.

Equipment :   Personal computer, RIS, HIS, PACS, mobile and stationary radiographic equipment.

Physical Requirements :   Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.

PAY RANGE

$35.00 - $50.84

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
