Operations Leader – Logistics (RXO Freight Forwarding)

We are a locally managed office representing RXO Freight Forwarding , one of North America’s leading providers of transportation and logistics services. Our team manages a diverse portfolio of domestic and international shipments — including expedited, white-glove, and specialized freight — serving customers across multiple industries.

We are seeking an Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of our logistics office and drive continuous improvement across our domestic and international business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations for both Domestic and International freight forwarding divisions, ensuring all shipments move on time and within budget.
• Team Oversight : Lead, coach, and support operations staff; ensure alignment with RXO service standards and customer expectations.
• Customer & Carrier Coordination : Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and carrier partners to ensure service excellence and resolve issues quickly.
• Process Improvement : Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Invoicing & Financial Accuracy : Manage invoicing processes, verify accuracy of billing, and ensure timely financial closeout of shipments.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to domestic and international shipping regulations, documentation requirements, and RXO compliance standards.
• Reporting & KPIs : Track and report on key performance indicators (on-time performance, profitability, customer metrics) to management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, accounting, and corporate teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
