Location : Columbus, OH (Hybrid : 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Compensation : $50,000–$57,000 base + benefits

A well-established independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its close-knit, client-centered team. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts (policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, quoting, changes, and client communication).Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and quality service.Proactively identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement changes.Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems.Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 2 years personal-lines account management or CSR experience (more preferred).Active OH P&C LicenseSkills : Strong client service skills, coachable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.Mindset : Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to contribute to a collaborative team environment.Familiarity with Hawksoft a plus, but not required —training provided.Compensation & Benefits
