We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist individuals in navigating Medicare programs. In this role, you will educate clients on Medicare options (Parts C & D as well as Med Supp / MediGap and ancillary products), recommend suitable plans based on their needs, and help with enrollment and transitions between plans.

Job responsibilities include :

• Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options.
• Assist with plan enrollment and transitions.
• Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines.
• Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
