Responsibilities
Support customer service by managing inquiries, processing orders and quotes Maintaining customer records, handling shipping logistics Processing credit applications and returns Supporting sales and marketing efforts Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and complaints Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met Qualifications Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent support Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must have at least one year of customer service experience in a manufacturing or logistical environment Compensation and Benefits The target pay rate for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Upon successful completion of the contract period, there is potential for the role to transition to a permanent, full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package. Hours : Monday - Friday 8AM to 430PM Pay : $20-$24 an hour #ISS
