Life Enrichment Director Position Summary

As the Life Enrichment Director at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include :

Plan the daily activities for each month in accordance with guidelines and resident needs.

Ensure residents are offered cognitive, recreational, and ADL activities.

Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsible for overseeing Resident Council and documenting meeting minutes, attendance, and any concerns expressed.

Oversee the community’s volunteer program as well as monitor the schedule and services provided by the Beauty Shop Operators.

Carries out other duties as assigned by the Administrator and / or regional team members.

Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Life Enrichment Director Requirements

Current Life Enrichment Certification

Experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years
