This position is responsible for reviewing title commitments and identifying any and all issues which will prevent insurable title. The Title Curative Specialist also clears any and all defects in title.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and identify issues.
• Due diligence and fact finding with client, prior services and / or foreclosure attorney as needed.
• Obtain various documents from client, escrow / title and / or foreclosure attorney.
• Communicate with any and all parties necessary to clear defect in title.
