Spring cohorts are set to begin in January, February, and March 2026.
The RN Resident delivers high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with department requirements and nursing standards. Collaborating with medical professionals and the care team, the RN Resident offers individualized, compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. Additionally, you will act as an advocate for patients and their families, enhancing their healthcare experience.

Situated in Central Austin, it features a 371-bed acute care hospital and a 64-bed rehabilitation unit, providing an array of inpatient and outpatient services.
