Type : Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 9+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. Telecommuting may be allowed with written approval by the Agency.
Required :
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required)
- Experience as a Couchbase Database Administrator (4-10 years)
- Experience with installing, configuring, administering, and supporting Couchbase Server instances, including NoSQL data storage and retrieval
- Experience with Couchbase Index creation, Management, and Tuning
- Experience with database / bucket capacity , including storage, memory, and processing power.
- Experience with robust backup and archival strategies to ensure data integrity and enable quick recovery from failures
- Experience with security measures, including access control, encryption, patching, and auditing
- Experience with diagnosing and resolving database issues, including performance problems and security breaches
- Experience with automation routine tasks, such as backups, monitoring, and maintenance, using scripts and tools
- Experience with troubleshooting
- Experience with managing Cross Data Center Replication (XDCR) of the Couchbase environment;
- Experience with performing SDK libraries, kernel, and operating system upgrades
