Job Summary :
Duties include but are not limited to : Answering telephones, filing, copying, etc. and complete other duties as assigned. "TheAmbassador Program's mission is to provide outstanding customer service to all patient, family member, visitor and staff at Nappi Wellness Institute. Greet patients, families and visitors as they enter Nappi Wellness Institute and issue visitor badges / hard badges in a courteous manner."Must be able to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks effectively in a timely and accurate manner and function under stressful situations. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills are necessary. Escort patients in wheelchairs to their appointment
Minimum Qualifications :
The NYS Department of Civil Service has developed the H iring for E mergency L imited P lacement ( HELP ) Program, Effective April 5th, 2023 . During this program, the NYS Civil Service Exam requirements are suspended for the Hospital Patient Services Clerk 1, SG07 title.
For consideration for this title, you must meet the following minimum qualifications :
One-year full-time clerical, secretarial or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
Work Days :
Schedule based on a 40-hour work week. Monday - Friday 7am - 3 : 30pm
