We’re seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end outdoor living projects ranging from $400K to $2M. You'll be instrumental in bringing complex residential landscape designs to life, working hands-on with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities : Manage field operations for multiple active luxury landscape projects (2–3+ at a time) Read, interpret, and implement engineered and architectural blueprints Oversee subcontractor work, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Maintain a consistent on-site presence, monitoring daily progress and resolving issues Communicate site updates regularly with the Project Executive and attend client meetings Provide hands-on support for punch lists, finish details, and small repair work when required Coordinate installations including planting, lighting, irrigation, pools, and water features Collaborate with design teams—background in landscape architecture is a plus Qualifications & Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction or landscape projects in the $200K–$2M+ range Solid knowledge of luxury residential construction, site grading, and layout Experience with custom pool installations, hardscape design, and wood / vertical structures Educational background in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field Strong reading skills for construction documents; experience with AutoCAD or Buildertrend preferred Familiarity with permitting, zoning laws, and local building regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel daily to sites and the Canton office Work Environment & Schedule : Field-based 75% of the time following initial onboarding Project locations primarily across MetroWest Boston and the South Shore Work hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM Modern office located in Canton, MA
