Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to become a part of our team! You will help manage and perform maintenance of our commercial real estate properties.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate repair and maintenance activity
  • Investigate and resolve tenant work order requests
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Perform and oversee regular maintenance activities, including parking lot and minor building repairs
  • Supervise and train property maintenance staff
  • Quarterly or bi-annual visits to owned properties does require travel.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in building facilities or construction
  • Familiarity with a variety of building maintenance protocols and best practices
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants when on site and staff
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
