A company is looking for an M&A Attorney to join their legal team and support global acquisitions and corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of M&A transaction documents

Conduct and supervise legal due diligence for software and technology transactions

Coordinate with various teams to structure deals and support post-closing integration

Required Qualifications

Law degree (JD or equivalent) and licensed to practice in a relevant jurisdiction

5 to 8 years of M&A experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team

Proven ability to lead M&A transactions independently

Experience with technology or software transactions

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
