About the Job You're Considering

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of robotic unmanned vehicles. Your work will involve researching, planning, and designing innovative mechanical and electromechanical systems tailored to our clients' needs. You’ll be responsible for developing and testing mechanical components, equipment, and machinery—applying core engineering principles to create cutting-edge products such as engines, instruments, controls, and robotic systems.

This role also includes hands-on involvement in product testing, prototyping, and model creation. You’ll help lead and coordinate activities related to the fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical systems. Reporting to a manager or supervisor, you’ll contribute to projects of moderate complexity, offering valuable support and technical insight.

Your Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Research & Analysis : Evaluate customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to assess feasibility and application.
  • Product Design : Create systems for robotic control using electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
  • Fabrication & Installation : Participate in hands-on activities to ensure systems meet engineering and customer standards.
  • Operations Support : Coordinate maintenance and repair efforts to maximize machine and equipment efficiency.
  • System Integration : Design interfaces between machines, hardware, and software for seamless operation.
  • Field Evaluation : Assess installations and recommend design improvements to resolve malfunctions.
  • Collaboration : Actively contribute to design reviews and cross-functional engineering discussions.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in machine and product design using SolidWorks
  • Proficiency in CAD / SolidWorks for mechanical design.
  • Experience with engineering math tools such as MATLAB
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Optional Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Basic understanding or experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Familiarity with stress and thermal analysis techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuit design.
  • Understanding of material strength, fatigue, and kinematics.
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
  • Exposure to electrical engineering concepts is a plus.
