Shift Details : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays; 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm PST.Subject to change.

Pay Rate : $18.00

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and emai
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Route monitoring
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
• Dispatching
