Insight Global is seeking a Design Engineer to create site development plans and infrastructure designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

No PE is required for this role

Core Responsibilities

• Site Development Design

Prepare construction drawings for land development projects, including layouts for roads, grading, and utilities.

Design systems for

water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, ensuring they meet regulatory and client requirements.

Complete permit applications and prepare packages to navigate local and state agency requirements.

Engage regularly with clients to understand project goals, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the design process.

Utilize tools like

AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and modeling engineering designs.

Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is typically required.

targeting candidates with an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or those working toward it.

Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, site planning, and scope management is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for team coordination and client engagement.
