The IT Support Technician will have a basic understanding of technical aspects of end user and infrastructure support for this entry-level addition this individual must successfully triage support tickets manage their own support requests possess troubleshooting abilities and be a dedicated and dynamic team addition this person will be expected to assist in local technical support. Generate and modify technical documentation. Execute tasks for one or more efforts simultaneously as delegated by the IT Support Group Lead and / or Senior Manager of IT Operations.
