Corporate Development Executive

A company is looking for a VP of Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

Define the company's inorganic growth roadmap and maintain a strategic pipeline of acquisition opportunities

Own and maintain the investor-grade valuation model and support capital allocation decisions and IPO planning

Lead the full M&A lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and preparing executive materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced finance degree preferred

8-12+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity

Direct experience with investor-facing SaaS valuation models or IPO readiness is strongly preferred

Proven track record in executing M&A transactions in SaaS, FinTech, or technology sectors

Strong command of SaaS performance metrics and subscription business economics
