Are you a detail-oriented, compassionate Medical Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? Join our friendly, fast-paced organization, where we come combine expert care with a patient-first approach to help people get back on their feet- literally!

What You'll Do :

  • Welcome and room patients, taking vitals, and updating medical histories
  • Assist the physician with in-office procedures and treatments
  • Manage and prep exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups, verify insurance, and handle basic administrative tasks
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems

What We're Looking For :

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA) preferred
  • Previous experience in podiatry or orthopedics is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Great with people - from toddlers to seniors
  • Comfortable working both front and back office
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with EMR software a plus
