In our 1 : 1 ABA setting, you will work closely with children aged 18 months to 8 years, applying ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive center-based environment. With excellent supervision, ongoing training, and a passionate team at your side, you'll make a genuine impact every day!

Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Therapist :

• Utilize the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to support children with Autism in reaching their full potential by implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and incorporating feedback from supervisors.
• Facilitate the development of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old) through engaging therapies and enjoyable activities.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance treatment effectiveness, ensure safety, and promote a positive working atmosphere.
• Interact with children through playful activities like running, dancing, or reading to keep them engaged and create a joyful environment.
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members to coordinate activities and celebrate progress.

Job Requirements :

Complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment by finishing a 40-hour training curriculum, passing a hands-on competency assessment, and registering for the exam.

Salary Ranges Based on Experience & Education :

For entry-level candidates, your first raise is earned upon RBT certification, typically within 21 days.
