Contract Administrator
Summary of Job Purpose : The Contract Administrator will support contract lifecycle activities including reviewing, preparing, tracking, and maintaining commercial and government contracts in support of aerospace programs. This role is key in ensuring compliance with Safran's policies and customer requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities :
Education / Experience : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in aerospace, defense, or a regulated industry Skills and Abilities : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good understanding of contract terms and legal principles Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with contract management systems is a plus Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Additional Considerations Knowledge of FAR / DFARS or aerospace industry standards Experience with government contracts or international agreements Contract certification (e.g., NCMA, CFCM, CCCM, IACCM) is a plus
