Position Summary :

The Chefs’ Warehouse is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and knowledgeable Receptionist to join our rapidly growing team!

What you’ll do :

  • Report to work on time with a professional attitude.
  • Responsible for scheduling inbound deliveries.
  • Maintains accuracy of the credit and driver check-in processes.
  • Create and print memos, correspondence, flyers, and other documents.
  • Perform other clerical duties, as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

About you :

  • Minimum education : High School Diploma.
  • Prefer previous customer service or call center experience, but not required.
  • Must be a self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work well with all departments and levels of staff, both internally & externally.
