Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable individual to support a variety of tasks throughout the foundry. This is a floating position, meaning you will rotate through different areas and responsibilities based on daily needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine maintenance and repair (training provided)
• Operate power tools and other industrial equipment
• Perform general labor tasks in a rugged, industrial environment
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly

Work Environment

The work environment is dirty, hot, and physically demanding.

The schedule follows a Monday through Thursday, 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM format, offering a consistent 4x10s workweek. During the initial training period, Thursdays will end earlier—around 2 : 30 PM—resulting in approximately 33 hours per week for the first few weeks. Once training is complete, employees will have the flexibility to start earlier or stay later as needed to reach a full 40-hour workweek.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50 / hr.
