Administer and analyze Yardi Investment Management software to uphold data accuracy and system integrityConduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify patterns, disparities, and daylight system improvementsCollaborate effectively between the Investments and Accounting teams to address financial system challenges and implement solutionsDevelop and update financial reports to offer valuable insights to stakeholdersAid in training staff on financial systems and processesStay abreast of financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure complianceAre you passionate about pushing the limits? Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of relevant work experience preferredProven experience in administering and analyzing Yardi Investment Management software; or something similarExperience with financial system implementationsStrong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data effectivelyExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in workExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software toolsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
