Pay Range : $48 - $50 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data integration roles within healthcare, payer, or health IT
• Hands-on experience in supporting data exchange / integration workflows, claims processing, and remittance logic
• Proficiency in data validation, profiling, and transformation
• Strong skills in requirements HL7, FHIR, EDI 835
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in business-friendly language
